Solarize Lehigh Valley Campaign

Sustainable Energy Fund (“SEF”) is seeking statements of qualifications and proposals from solar photovoltaic installers that will lead to the selection of one or more installer qualified to design, quote and install solar photovoltaic systems as part of SEF’s Solarize Lehigh Valley Campaign (“Campaign”). Installers may work together as a team to submit a proposal but there must be one lead installer. The scope of the Campaign and any matters hereafter set forth are subject to change in the sole discretion of SEF.

Via this EOI process. The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority ("SEPTA") is conducting an industry review to gain market insight with the goal of finalizing its Request for Proposal ("REP") solicitation documents. In assembling the procurement documents for this project, SEPTA is seeking input from experienced candidates.

Anyone interested in participating must advise James V. Lemongelli via e-mail at ilemongelli@septa.org in order to receive any subsequent correspondence and follow-up documentation concerning this EOI.

SEPTA requests that interested parties submit an EOI response document in hard copy (One (1) original and Five (5) copies) containing a letter of interest, professional qualifications, experience in performing similar projects, project approach and related information regarding this Expression of Interest (EOI) no later than the close-of-business (4:30 P.M.) on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.

Platte River Power RFP

Platte River is seeking renewable energy deliveries of up to 44,000 MWh per year, which is roughly equivalent to the output of 20 MW of nameplate photovoltaic solar generation assuming an annual capacity factor of 25%. Platte River may consider projects greater than 20 MW if the per-unit cost of a larger project is demonstrably more cost-effective than a smaller project. The construction of complementary energy storage is not required but is preferable when evaluating potential projects. Platte River will consider energy storage devices with the capability to store 1 to 5 MWh of energy. Project pricing should specify the price for a solar-only project and an incremental price for the energy storage.
